  • 6-Week Community Birth Classes

    This six-week comprehensive childbirth class series is intended for families planning unmedicated and/or out-of-hospital births.

    The following topics are covered in this class series:

    -Foundations of Health

    -Understanding the Process of Labor

    -Understanding Birth and the Immediate Postpartum

    -Addressing Fears, Understanding Variations and Complications

    -Creating the Right Support Team and Everyone’s Role and Responsibility

    -Fourth Trimester and the Parent-Baby Dyad

    This class is in-person and meets weekly at The Juniper House

    2025 Classes:

    February 20 - March 27

    April 10 - May 15

    6:00-8:00 pm

    Cost of this class series is $250.
